All the 2008 LSU baseball team wanted to do was host a regional during their last season in their old stadium. At midseason, it looked impossible as the Tigers were at the bottom of the division with a losing record (6-11 SEC). Now the Tigers find themselves SEC Western Division and SEC Conference Champions.
